9:30 am  Worship Celebration:  Pastor Baker has kept us on the Lakeshore this summer but today Pastor Meg is nudging us back into city life with the familiar parable of the Pharisee and the Tax Collector.  Familiarity with parables can cause us to miss out on their intended, topsy-turvy effects.  Let's pray, today that God would give us a fresh perspective with which to view our neighbor, ourselves and our service through the lens of the Pharisee and the Tax Collector.
